Try out a blessed great axe, claymore or great sword. The Large Sword of Moonlight is found in 5-2: Leechmonger Archstone. If you look behind the fog at the entrance of the second area you will see a bridge. If you cross the bridge, you will come to a large cluster slugs. You can get the weapon by attacking or dropping it and descending to the bottom. (Dropped by the scale miners, or found in 5-2, the Swamp of Sorrow.)
